• We recommend keeping the mouse free from dust, dirt and liquids.
• Make sure that especially the scroll wheel, buttons and sensor under the mouse remain free of this.
• In addition, it is important to ensure that the wire is not pinched.
• Before you clean your mouse, always disconnect the mouse from the computer.
• Do not use solvents, but slightly dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with a little water or a mild cleaner (without rubbing alcohol, as this may discolour the mouse) and gently wipe the mouse with this cloth.
• When you clean the bottom of the mouse (where the lens is), do not put pressure on the lens.
• When you’re done, use e.g. a dry cotton swab to gently sweep over the mouse to ensure that it is really dry and that no moisture is left on the mouse.
• Wait a few minutes before you connect the mouse again.

When the file doesn’t completely download/install to your computer, we recommend:

• Delete the downloaded file or files
• To uninstall the installed file
• After all is removed and uninstalled, re-download the file from the website.

• Install the file only after it has been fully downloaded, otherwise you will receive an error.
• Alternatively use a different browser and/or a download manager to download the file.
• Make sure to install the file with administrator rights.
• Check that your virus software program is configured correctly for downloads.
• When more than 1 file is available, make sure to download the correct file for your article version and operating system version.

Make sure that when you download, install and use the program you are doing so with administrator rights (right-click > run as administrator).

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

We offer a ‘return to retailer’ warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. This particular product has been developed for use with the Windows operating systems only.

Therefore drivers or installation instructions for other operating systems such as Mac are not available.

To install the mouse;
— Insert full batteries in the mouse
— Connect the USB-receiver to the computer without using a hub or extension cable.
— The computer will recognize the mouse and install the built-in driver. This might take a few moments.
— The mouse is ready to use.

This product doesn’t need any drivers to function.
Just connect and the product should work.

This product uses standby (sleep) mode to save battery power.

There is no need to switch it off.

When the product is not used or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will turn sleep-mode on, to save battery power.

For storage or travelling we would suggest to remove the batteries to avoid leaking.

By pressing the DPI-button you will change the DPI.

There is no visual indication for the DPI selection, other than that the pointer speed on the screen will be faster or slower, depending on the DPI that is selected.

Depending on the version of your mouse, the receiver is stored either inside the product (bottom) itself, or inside the battery compartment of the mouse.

It’s not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product.
This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.

We recommend fully reinstalling the product, including with new batteries.

Make sure that all errors have been removed from Device Manager, remove the receiver, and then restart the computer.
When the computer has completely restarted, connect the receiver to the computer without using a hub or extension cable.
The computer detects the product and installs the integrated driver. This can take a moment.
The product can now be used.

If the problem persists, test the product on another USB port and another computer to rule out a problem with the computer.

Download the ‘mouse fix software’ in the Downloads-section and follow the instructions in the addendum (available for download in the Downloads section) to solve the issue

To install the mousefix:

1) Connect your mouse to the computer

2) If you have downloaded the zip or rar file, extract the software

3) Open the folder “mouse fix software”

4) Open “MS_Fix2 software”

5) Go with mouse pointer to the «Click to set» window and click on it

6) If you see the «Set OK» window after you’ve done your mouse is re-connected and should work as normal

7) Close the software

Note for Mac-users: The mousefix is not available in a Mac version. However, when you use the mousefix on a Windows PC for your mouse, your mouse will work fine again on a Mac computer.

When you receive the ‘wait mouse’ message, we advise you to update the computer via Windows Update. Then reinstall the software.

If running Windows update doesn’t solve the issue, we ask that you to run the Mousefix software on another computer, preferably with a different operating system.
When you run the Mousefix on the other computer, the mouse will work normally on your computer as well.

Battery life depends on many variables including usage, quality of batteries and environmental factors (such as distance to receiver, nearby metallic objects, surface on which the product is used, etc. etc.).

This product uses standby (sleep) mode to save battery power. When the product is not moving or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will turn sleep-mode on, to save battery power.

Make sure that when the battery is draining very fast, that there is no signal still going from the computer to the product, when the product is not used. Some computers continuously power their USB-ports, even when the computer itself is switched off. You can check this in the Power Management settings of the USB-port.

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
